We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business goals by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing talent, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

About the Role:

• Position: HR Manager
• Experience: 2-4 Years
• Location: Kochi / Remote (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Drive learning, training, and development programs
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience with HR software and MS Office tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or equivalent certification
• Experience in IT / Technology / Corporate environment
• Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and employee engagement tools
